Rev. Daniel Ogle
Daniel is passionate about helping people connect Sunday faith with their every day lives and being part of a community where everyone can experience God’s love and grace. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
Before experiencing his own call, Daniel was a sportswriter who covered college athletics for the Anderson Independent-Mail newspaper in South Carolina. He also has a weakness for strong coffee and a soft spot for all kinds of music.
If you want to learn more about Daniel or want to talk with him about church and your story, he would be more than happy to meet you as he explores where to find the best cup of coffee South of the River.
Daniel is married to Erin Horeni-Ogle, who is the Director of Development for the University of Tennessee Libraries. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Georgia, and their four-legged child, Socks, a beagle who rescued them.
